Recommendations
Apply approximately 1/4 teaspoon (provides about 21 mg of progesterone) to the soft regions of the body once or twice daily. Rotate application to a different area of the body each day, i.e., upper arm, abdomen, inner thigh, etc. Use no more than one tube per month.

How Does it Work?
Like estrogen, natural progesterone is made by the ovaries during the menstrual cycle. It balances the effects of estrogen.
