My Favorite Colon Cleanse
I like the simplest colon cleanse and I will tell you about it here:
First, decide that you can do this twice a day for 3 to 4 weeks straight. Next, choose to eat better than you normally do during that time (less coffee, sugar, junk food).
The supplements I use are these: Psylium Hulls Combination, which is a powdered fiber mix that you would take 1 to 2 tsp. morning and evening in a cup of water. Start with one teaspoon and as you get used to it, increase to two per dosage.
Next, Hydrated Bentonite is a liquid form of clay that will pull off old waste and debris from your intestinal walls. Take 2 to 3 tsp. morning and evening, in an additional cup of water.
The last thing I'd use with this is called Magnesium Complex. This helps relax the body, and in particular, the colon to avoid any type of cramping or tightness as you allow the body to shed unwanted pounds of waste. Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
You would go through approximately two bottles each of the Psyllium and Bentonite, and one of the Magnesium.
